Our first letters to your customers cost only £5+ VAT and in successful cases the cost of court action should amount to no more than £20+VAT. Where the debt is payable by another business even that amount can be recovered with the result that debt recovery can effectively become a cost free service.

We also know how difficult it can be to find time to speak to and so we have devised a series of simple forms which can be faxed, posted or emailed to us to ask us to begin a debt recovery action.

We do not believe that because our scheme is a low cost process that you should be doomed to deal with inexperienced call centre staff. We will provide you with the name of the person dealing with your case so that you will have a single personal contact who will learn about your business allowing us to respond to your particular needs.
